OUR QUALITY POLICY

v To provide medical care services that are patient-centered, reliable, based on a holistic approach, in accordance with scientific and ethical standards, based on continuous improvement, meeting the training needs of patients and their relatives, offering a sensitive and therapeutic environment, and aiming for excellence in care.

v To comply with occupational health and safety regulations, to identify factors threatening the health and safety of our employees for the sustainable and high-quality development of an occupational safety culture, to take precautions to protect them from environmental infections, and to provide a healthy and safe working environment.

v To ensure the participation of patients and their relatives in the processes of the services we provide in our hospital, based on patient rights legislation, and to increase patient satisfaction by evaluating their wishes, suggestions, and complaints. To measure patient satisfaction levels at regular intervals and make necessary improvements.

v To ensure that examination requests are made in accordance with the clinical guidelines published by your Ministry, to ensure the effective and efficient conduct of examination services, and to ensure that examinations are completed as soon as possible.

v To contribute to raising the level of health by creating social awareness through our programs implemented within the framework of social responsibility projects carried out by our institution.

v To maximize education, care, and services provided for maternal and infant health, to encourage our patients to have normal births, to ensure that the primary cesarean section rate in our hospital is below the Turkish average and the previous period's value of our institution, and to ensure that mothers and babies remain under medical follow-up for an adequate period after normal birth and cesarean section.

v To provide continuous training support to our employees to provide effective and efficient health services in line with scientific developments, to work to increase the satisfaction and motivation levels of our employees, to measure employee satisfaction levels at regular intervals, and to make necessary improvements.

v To comply with all legislation and standards related to the services we provide and to create an institutional culture among our employees. To evaluate our services and to aim for continuous measurement and improvement based on the participation of all employees, and to engage in continuous improvement activities.

v To ensure that antibiotic preion rates are below the Turkish average and the previous period's value by ensuring drug use in accordance with clinical guidelines.

v To manage or mitigate risks with a holistic approach, together with all employees and stakeholders, by implementing all legislation related to the information security management system. To be prepared for cyber attack situations and to ensure that services are not disrupted.

v To review and evaluate our strategic decisions by updating our goals, actions, targets, and plans periodically through SWOT analyses.

v To carry out the necessary work to achieve and complete our short-to-medium-term plans during the year. To also carry out the necessary work for our long-term plans and to secure the necessary projects and support for these efforts.
