Patients can make appointments by calling the Ministry of Health's MHRS telephone line at 182.
Applications must be made with an official document containing the patient's identification information and a photograph.
Patients have the right to choose their physician. Monthly physician schedules are available on our website and in all polyclinics.
Priority is given to emergency cases (sudden illnesses, accidents, injuries, etc., and cases where a physician determines that immediate medical intervention is necessary), disabled individuals, pregnant women, patients over 65 years of age, children under 7 years of age, widows and orphans of war and duty martyrs, and disabled veterans. Additionally, in forensic cases referred by law enforcement, the prosecutor's office/law enforcement must notify the health institution/organization in advance and schedule an appointment.
