By calling Alo182; the patient provides their Turkish Republic Identity Number to the operator who answers the call. The desired hospital, polyclinic, and doctor preferences (if any) are communicated to the operator.
The operator informs the citizen of available dates and times.
The citizen makes their selection and receives their appointment.
In addition to Alo182, appointments can also be made through the "Online Appointment System".

When logging into the Central Physician Appointment System for the first time, a separate account is created for each citizen.

After the account is created, login is made using the "Make an Appointment" button with the Turkish Republic Identity Number and the password set.

You can also log in to your account using your e-Government password. The desired hospital, polyclinic, and doctor preferences are selected and an appointment is made.
