Our Companion Policy

a. Whether a patient needs a companion is determined by the patient's doctor.
b. The number of companions is limited to one person.
c. Companions should not be present with the patient during ward rounds and medical care.
d. A companion card is issued to the companion by the ward head nurse.
e. The companion assists with the patient's care to the extent permitted.
f. Companions must comply with all rules set by the hospital.
g. Companions are prohibited from performing any procedures without the knowledge of doctors and nurses for the safety of the patients.
h. Companions must inform the clinical head nurse if frequent changes of companion or leaving the patient alone is necessary. i. Companions must carry their companion identification cards.
j. Companions must show their companion cards to cafeteria staff during meal times.

General Rules for Patients, Companions, and Visitors

a. You must comply with all the rules set by the hospital.
b. Information regarding patients' needs should be obtained from the patient's nurse, and information regarding their medical condition should be obtained from the patient's physician.
c. A nurse call system is available at the patient's bedside panel and in the restrooms for your use in emergencies.

d. Patients may not leave the ward without the knowledge of the ward nurse.
e. Patients are prohibited from wandering inside or outside the hospital without the permission of a nurse or doctor.
f. Do not disturb other patients by speaking loudly in patient rooms and corridors.
g. Smoking is prohibited inside the hospital building.
h. Hospital property may not be damaged.
i. Patient rooms and restrooms must be kept clean.
j. Avoid unnecessary electricity and water usage.
k. Do not open windows.

l. Hasta, hekimin izni veya haberi olmadantedavi amaçlı farklı ilaç almamalıdır.
m. Hastalar kıymetli eşyalarını (Altın, para v.s) yanlarında bulundurmamalıdır.
n. Ziyaret sırasında 12 yaşından küçük çocuklar, enfeksiyon riskinden dolayı hastaneye alınmaz.
o. Hasta ziyaretçileri dini inançlarını hastane ibadethanesinde uygulayabilir.
p. Hastalara hekimin izni ve haberi olmadan dışardan yiyecek ve içecek getirmek yasaktır. 
q. Hastaya doktorun izni olmaksızın herhangi bir gıda ürünü verilmemelidir.
r. Hasta mahremiyeti ve bilgi gizliliği gereğince, hastanın sağlığı ile ilgili bilgiler öncelikle hastanın daha sonra yasa ve yönetmeliklerin izin verdiği kişilere verilir.
s. Hasta mahremiyetine saygı gösterilmelidir.
t. Ziyaret saatleri dışında gereksiz ve ısrarlı ziyaret taleplerinde bulunulmamaktadır.
u. Ziyaret esnasında moral bozucu söz ve davranışlardan kaçınılmalıdır.
v. Hasta ziyaretlerinde canlı ve kuru çiçek getirilmemesi rica olunur.
