How to Make an Appointment?
By Calling Alo182:
Call Alo182 from your home, work, payphone, or mobile phone.
Give your Turkish Republic Identity Number to the operator who answers the call. Inform the operator of your preferred hospital, clinic, and doctor (if any).
The operator will inform you of available dates and times.
The citizen makes their selection and receives their appointment.

Citizens can make appointments not only via Alo 182 but also through the "Online Appointment System".
A separate account is created for each citizen when logging into the Central Physician Appointment System for the first time.

After the account is created, you log in using your Turkish Republic ID number and the password you set by using the "Make an Appointment" button. You can also log in to your account using your e-Government password. An appointment is made by selecting the desired hospital, polyclinic, and physician.
Making an Appointment Using a Mobile Device:
There is a "MHRS Mobile" application for smart devices (phones, tablets) with Android, iOS, BlackBerry, and Windows operating systems. You can download "MHRS Mobile" for free from your device's app store (App Store, Play Store, etc.).
How to Cancel an Appointment?
By Calling 182:
Call 182 from your home, work, payphone, or mobile phone to access the Ministry of Health Central Physician Appointment System. This call must be made at least 80 minutes before your appointment time.
The citizen calling 182 provides their Turkish Republic Identity Number to the assistant who answers the call. The assistant verifies the citizen's information.
The citizen informs the assistant of the date and time of the appointment they wish to cancel. The assistant then cancels the relevant appointment.

Log in to the Central Physician Appointment System "Online Appointment" screen with your Turkish Republic ID number and password. Click on "Appointment History" to access all your appointment information, and appointment cancellation can be done from this section. Click on "Cancel Appointment" to cancel the appointment.
