📌 May 5th World Hand Hygiene Day REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE MINISTRY OF HEALTH KASTAMONU PROVINCIAL HEALTH DIRECTORATE BOZKURT DISTRICT STATE HOSPITAL ⚕️🇹🇷🖇️ As part of May 5th World Hand Hygiene Day, a hand hygiene training program was conducted for our hospital staff in order to prevent infections during healthcare service delivery and to enhance patient safety. 🇹🇷⚕️🧼🖇️👋🏻🧴 During the training, participants were informed about the importance of hand hygiene, proper handwashing techniques, the use of hand antiseptics, and hygiene rules that must be followed during healthcare practices. In addition, the program aimed to increase awareness among healthcare professionals regarding hand hygiene and to promote the widespread implementation of standard practices. 🇹🇷⚕️🧼👋🏻🧴 Hand hygiene is one of the most fundamental and effective practices in ensuring both patient and employee safety.
